Ron Thompson Carpets & Interiors is a family concern with Ron at the helm and son Stephen leading a small team of expert fitters.

The showroom at 31 Broad Street, Wells is extremely convenient to the city centre and carries sample books galore from which customers can make their selections of quality flooring, fabrics, blinds, wallpapers and paints.

commercial Customers
We are used to working with contractors and other commercial clients on new build, renovation and refurbishment projects including offices, shops and restaurants, nursing homes and hotels, schools and churches, in addition to multi-dwelling domestic developments. The proprietor, Ron takes personal responsibility for such projects, from initial planning, pricing and implementation through to completion. Fitting is carried out by our dedicated team of experienced fitters.
In addition to contract carpeting and vinyl, we have a particularly strong background in the installation of safety flooring and wall cladding (e.g. Altro Whiterock), for kitchen, bathroom and other wet-room areas.
We offer laminate and engineered hardwood flooring and all types of window blinds.
We undertake work across Somerset and beyond. Our small size and local base offer the advantage of a flexible, responsive, customised approach.
